Welcome to the homepage of The Isle of Wight Underwater Hockey Club. We train twice a week; you can come & see us (and join in if you wish) at the sessions shown below. We run both junior and adult session.

This is where we play (the inside bit!)
Every Sunday evening starting:
Juniors (8 - 17) 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Intermediates (new adults & experienced juniors) 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Adults (experienced) 8:00pm - 9:00pm
Thursday evening is adult team training, for the more experienced players, starting at 7:45pm to 8:45pm
Waterside Swimming Pool
The Esplanade, Ryde, Isle of Wight.
When the weather is fine, we play under the stars in summer months, when this super pool has its awesome roof open. Those evenings are quite special!
