Limerick Underwater Hockey Club

Welcome to the homepage of Limerick Underwater Hockey Club, we are a relatively new team based on the West coast of Ireland. A mixture of experienced and new players, we are excited to grow and compete within the sport. 

Training 

We train twice weekly throughout the winter months and regularly meet up during the summer to enjoy some snorkeling and other water-based adventure activities. Beginners are always welcome at our events, we love to introduce newbies to the sport. 

Traveling Underwater Hockey tourists are welcome too, please DM us through our social media so we can book you into the pool.  

Events 

Annually we plan to host two Underwater Hockey events every year. The Limerick mini-Tournament and the Battle for the West invitational 

The first event usually happens around the mid weekend of November and is a fun "first" tournament for all our new student recruits 

The second event usually happens around the last week of February and is the first leg of the Irish league.
