A Juniors friendly is intended primarily for SE and East Anglia clubs. Subject to players' interest we will combine playing cross-club teams in preparation for an assumed July Nationals and also give a general fun tournament experience for all local players. We will have pool capacity ( 3 pitches available) for additional teams outside the SE if interested but note the evening time slot. We intend ( but TBC) to provide optional pizzas afterwards. Costs to be confirmed but circa £11 a player event fee plus optional pizza cost. Age categories are likely to reflect BOA Nationals categories. So U11, U14, U16 most likely. If there are older players interested we are happy to look to include them. (eg possibly an Over 14 category rather than a U16)
All pitches have variable depth so we will aim to mimic National conditions.
The venue is close St Albans city centre with its interesting Saturday Market, Historic Cathedral and Roman remains.
Parking is available at the venue.
Start and end times are for games. Allow time for post game activities.
